Our Terms and Conditions are very straight forward and simple:
We take great pride in making sure all items we sell are in great condition.
The price points we offer can only be made by creating extremely efficient operational processes.
When online or even local retail stores have to offer Returns and Exchanges, they know they are going to be abused by those that "Play The System" and they have to factor that into the cost of their merchandise and every single customer pays alot more money to cover the costs of money lost when people buy and return items. WE HAVE A ZERO RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
When online or even local retail stores have to have staff onhand to answer questions, get deeply involved in conversations with customers about things not relevant to their business operation, they also have to "factor this labor cost" into the price of what they are selling to everyone. An employee making $20 an hour costs an employer $26 an hour by the time they pay benefits, taxes, worker's compensation etc...that is literally almost 50cents per minute ! This gets paid for by the customer.
In order to be able to offer incredible pricing, we do not have live staff availability, the only people we employ are pickers and packers that package and ship your items to you. If you need anything in regards to basic questions you can email us at hello@330shop.com and we will return your email typically within 24 hours or less.
By doing business with 330shop.com you AGREE in full that you understand there is A No Return Policy, and No Exchange Policy.
Payment Information. If you make a purchase through our Services, we (or a any other) your payment information is digitally encrypted and not able to be seen even by our Staff at any point in time, the only thing visible to anyone is the last 4 of your payment method and the expiration date. By making payment through our or your payment method of choice you agree that there are NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES and that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Should you initiate a "chargeback" you agree that this Privacy Policy serves as your notice that chargebacks will be denied once we show proof of delivery via USPS, UPS, FEDX, or other common carrier's tracking number service. Unless you choose an Insurance Option for your shipping, then only the carrier's insurance can handle any claim of non-receipt. You also agree to be responsible for all Legal and Labor Fees we incur should we need to spend any time at all discussing a chargeback claim, our hourly rate for Legal Fees is $250 an hour and labor from our staff is billed at $25 an hour in 1 hour increment minimum per contact/conversation.
Please know these policies are intended only to defend us in an event of someone attempting to abuse our services or to steal goods from us. We will always to the moral, ethical thing in every scenario.
* With that said, if we make an error of any kind, we will make it right, these policies are not to punish anyone, more so to make our operation as fast and efficient as possible and to keep the pricing incredibly low so that the volume of sales justifies us being able to offer a store that is open to the General Public *
